Payment terms and service guarantees

1. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. If additional work is discovered during the project that was not included in the original quote, we will provide a change order for your approval before proceeding.
3. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience issues directly related to our work within 30 days of completion, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge.
4. Cancellations
Scheduled appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee. For large projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in the written contract.
5. Materials
Materials purchased for your project are specific to your job and may not be returnable. Once materials are installed, they become part of your property.
6. Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment and materials installed may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We will provide documentation for any applicable warranties at the time of installation.
